Flemeth, from Dragon Age: Origins, appears in a secluded area, (Anywhere really, take your pick, for multiple discussions in this thread) (Note, the Fade's existence DOESN"T MATTER in this thread, as Mage spells from Dragon Age still work, for convenience, and fun's sake) Can she make a long lasting, legendary name for herself like she did in Thedas?

Big time. She's not an angel like sauron or gandalf and the other wizards but she can unleash spells and powers they can't. And god help middle earth if she discovered the powers of the ring and took it.

Yes he could, Eru is capital G God. WOULD he is the question. And I don't think he WOULD, he is an extremely non interventionist deity. If he didn't act when his second in command rebelled he won't act when flemoth kills sauron and becomes the new dark lady.
