N64. its games were way better.
Perfect dark, Mario, Mission impossible, Goldeneye and Turok are beyond anything the PS1 had

N64 all the way, I used to play it all the time back when I had it.
Nowadays of course, I use an Emulator to play Star Fox and various other N64 games on the PC

overall for a better console, strait up N64. I prefer its controller in every way. Its only to limitations were its limited space and sony ass kissing third party support. I'm also a Saturn person.

I used PS1 to play classics like Soul Edge/Blade, Spyro, etc. I had mostly PS1 games, when I owned a N64 All I had were a few games, nothing amazing. Off the top of my head I remember.
Turok, Some Castlevania game, Pokemon stadium, and Super Smash Bros., There were more, but those are the most memorable.
I actually still had my SNES, but eventually I gave it to my Gramps and the N64 to a family that was worse off than me. (I knew them, and hung out with their children ,so it wasnt some random act of Kindness) But I still own my good ol' PS1. I only have 1 or 2 games for it now, and I can just play those on my PS2, but its a good reminder of where my gaming history began.
